Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on the Planète Collections website by SAS Cyber-Invest (hereinafter referred to as 'the Seller') to any buyer, whether individual or professional, in France and internationally. By validating their order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

The website is not a marketplace: all items offered are sold directly by SAS Cyber-Invest.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of the order.

2. Items Offered and Description

The items for sale are second-hand or vintage. They are described as accurately as possible and accompanied by contractual photographs which are an integral part of the description.

The colors and rendering of the photos may vary depending on screens, settings, or lighting; these differences cannot be attributed to the Seller.

Wear, minor defects, or age are reported as best as possible in the listing. The items are unique and sold in the stated and illustrated condition.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable – Article 297A of the French Tax Code and Directive 2006/112/EC (special scheme for collectibles and antiques). No minimum purchase. Secure online payment by credit card (Stripe). Payment by bank transfer is possible on request.

4. Order and Availability

Any order is considered firm upon online payment. Exceptionally, an item may no longer be available after ordering (e.g., simultaneous sale on another platform). In this case, the Seller will cancel and refund the order as soon as possible, without the buyer being able to claim other compensation.

Validating an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping available in France and worldwide via La Poste (Colissimo, Lettre suivie) or Mondial Relay (relay point). Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination country: La Poste, Mondial Relay.

About Mondial Relay It may happen that the selected relay point is unavailable upon delivery. In this case, Mondial Relay will contact the customer to choose a new relay point. If there is no response, another nearby relay point will be assigned. This change is beyond the Seller's control and cannot be attributed to them.

Shipping costs are calculated and indicated when ordering.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or damage occurring during transport.

In case of a damaged parcel, the buyer must have the damage recorded by the carrier at the time of delivery and inform the Seller immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, any individual buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the package, unless exceptions are provided by law.

• To exercise this right, the buyer must notify their decision to the Seller by email or mail, then return the item complete, unaltered, in its original and protected packaging, with appropriate tracking and insurance.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a clear error by the Seller (item not conforming to the description).
• The buyer is responsible for the return until proper receipt by the Seller. If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or without its original packaging, a reduction may be applied, or the refund may be refused.

Sample withdrawal form:
"I hereby notify my withdrawal from the contract relating to the sale of the item (name, reference) ordered on (date)." Name, address, signature (if by mail), date.

7. Guarantees and Liability

Items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects, within the limits provided by law for second-hand goods. Normal wear and tear or defects reported in the listing cannot be considered as hidden defects.

The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages, misuse of items, or minor differences in condition reported in the description.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with current regulations. See the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The texts, photos, descriptions, and all content on the site are the exclusive property of SAS Cyber-Invest. Any reproduction, use, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

The Seller's liability cannot be incurred in the event of non-performance due to a force majeure event (strike, natural disaster, network failure, administrative decision, etc.).

11. Governing Law and Disputes

The T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute not settled amicably, the courts at the Seller's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the absence of a designated mediator, you can consult the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

In case of contradiction or difference in translation, only the French version of these T&Cs shall prevail.
