Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made on the Planete Collections website by SAS Cyber-Invest.

By confirming an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms without reservation.

This site is not a marketplace: all items are sold directly by SAS Cyber-Invest.

2. Items and description

Items are second-hand or antique and described as accurately as possible. Photos are part of the description.

Color variations due to screens or lighting do not constitute a defect.

Wear, age marks or defects are indicated whenever possible.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable – French art & antiques margin scheme. Secure payment via Stripe.

4. Order and availability

All orders are final once payment is confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable, the order will be refunded.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

Mondial Relay pick-up points: a different pick-up point may be assigned if the selected one is unavailable.

Delivery times depend on the carrier.

The seller is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

Damaged parcel: the customer must report this directly to the carrier.

6. Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, any individual buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the package, unless exceptions are provided by law.

• To exercise this right, the buyer must notify their decision to the Seller by email or mail.
• Item complete and unmodified.
• Item properly protected, with appropriate tracked and insured return shipping.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a clear error by the Seller (item not conforming to the description).
• The buyer is responsible for the return until proper receipt by the Seller. If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or without its original packaging, a reduction may be applied, or the refund may be refused.
• In case of an error by the Seller (non-conforming, damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are refunded up to the amount paid for the original outbound shipping (reasonable return method). Any extra cost resulting from more expensive packaging or shipping chosen by the buyer remains at their expense.

7. Legal guarantees

Items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and latent defects applicable to second-hand goods.

Normal wear or defects mentioned in the listing are not covered.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable laws. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content (texts, photos, descriptions) is the exclusive property of the seller.

10. Force majeure

The seller cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure.
